‚ÄčThe West Virginia Child Welfare Collaborative is an open and independent group of stakeholders, with meetings facilitated by WV DHHR for the purpose of sharing information, ideas, and feedback surrounding major child welfare reform initiatives throughout the state.  

Meetings are open to interested parties. Regular attendees include representatives of the Legislative, Judicial, and Executive branches of state government, foster and adoptive families, residential care providers, socially necessary service providers, educational institutions, social work organizations, advocacy organizations, law enforcement, and concerned citizens.
